In Quest of Free Money

First off, Many are confused that by merely signing up to a program that money will miraculously land in their lap. I have yet to find such a program. In addition, when signing up to free programs, rather than a cost in dollars, a cost in time is required.
There are various avenues to pursue the free money. Many require a few minutes each day , while others require a little more time or work best with daily attention , some even several times a day. One of the easiest ways to begin earning is to join a paid to click (ptc) and begin clicking ads.
A paid to click site provides ads to view for a monetary value, giving advertisers an interested market and providing earnings for the viewers. Rewards generally vary from a tenth of a penny or less to , actually I've seen $100 clicks but the norm is a half penny to a penny per click.
It's quite an easy process to begin earning. Sign up, be sure to read the terms of service and verify your email if necessary. The terms of service is very important. Within the terms is vital information that should be noted. Click values, Payout mininums, terms for free ( standard ) members, and any terms unique to each site. They may include restrictions on countries, ip's, even the amount of referrals you can attain. They all contain language such as...your account can be deleted at any time, and the site can make changes to the terms at any time. Do not necessarily be concerned by this, if you are an honest member and are on an honest site, there is nothing to worry about........
Herein lies the problem with paid to clicks. Are you on an honest site? And if you are, will they have money to pay you when it's your turn? After joining many ptc the last few years, There are only a handful that have paid and even some of those have since failed.I have a number of pending payouts, but continue to wait. I believe most begin with good intentions, and begin to flourish and get in over their heads. Unfortunately some do not have good intentions, are only in business to steal from members. Between the two, easily more than 90% are considered scam by the masses which gives the industry a bad reputation.
Here are some things to look out for before joining or better yet , spending any money.
Do they have a forum? If they do, does it have negative posts? Is the administrator active?
Are they making timely payouts? Are they making any payments at all? Many sites these days are limiting their daily payouts, raising the payout mininums, placing pending payouts on queue's , even requiring upgraded memberships for payout. Regularly checking both the forum and terms of service will be invaluable when determining the value of the site.
As I've mentioned, I have acquired a number of unpaid pending payments at a number of sites. Some have extended the waiting time since I first signed up, others are simply delinquent. I do remain hopeful some will pay by following their forums but time will tell. I was paid by one before Christmas, I requested payment on February 8th. It took over 10 months but they did pay. The site remains today, with over a million members , so there is hope for some of the pending payments I'm owed. As long as the site is still running, there's always hope...

But these are not sites I would recommend. Time is better spent on sites that pay and continue to pay month after month. Although there are new ptc sites opening every day, they are all unproven and should always be approached with a level of speculation. While its always a good idea to add additional free income streams, a foundation of solid , proven sites are essential to your success.

In the coming days a handful of legitiment, long standing paid to clicks will be reviewed, along with a recommendation to join them,

Thanks for Reading,

Funatic
